We are currently seeking a Direct Support House Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in New Castle County, Delaware.

Earn $45,000/Annual Salary

The position of House Manager is an entry level, direct care supervisory position. Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, the House Manager will provide for the safety and well-being of each resident within the home and facilitate community involvement/interaction in cooperation with residents, staff, consultants, and administration.

Responsibility to residents include:

• Provision of framework for an enjoyable learning experience in a family setting and provision of the skills, information.
• Guidance, supervision and training necessary to foster growth and development.
• Responsible for all employee work schedules, and individual routine/programming while serving as a positive role model for the resident population as well as program workers.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Direct Support experience required
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities required
• Residential Supervisory experience preferred
