Overview:
Evolver Federal is seeking a candidate to satisfy an Agile Project Manager role request for a program to support a government client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Agile Project Manager will perform project management activities in support of IT initiatives. The Project Manager organizes, schedules, and implements complex program initiatives and activities. With the inclusion of Agile in the Project Manager's title, the Project Manager will, using the Agile framework, build, direct, plan, execute, evaluate and maintain all project/technical support activities; the Project Manager will also monitor project intake and project closeout as client initiatives come up. In addition, the Project Manager will also provide status and progress reports, conduct resource and cost analyses, and provide strategic and technical recommendations based on best practices. The Project Manager will also construct documentation as needed, (i.e. reports for sprint planning, execution, retrospectives, and update reports for management reporting). Additionally, the Project Manager is required to ensure integration between programs and that all activities maintain continuity and efficiency. The Agile Project Manager is responsible for providing and managing the necessary resources to perform the required activities. The Agile Project Manager will construct Change Management documentation and communication records. The Agile Project Manager will also develop risk management records and reports and provide process improvement suggestions. Lastly, the Agile Project Manager is responsible for Agile process training and ongoing education and continuous improvement initiatives.
