We are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing communications, from planning and creating content to execution and analysis. You will work on a variety of projects that support our brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels, including industry memberships, tradeshows/events, social media, and web content.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, datasheets, white papers, presentations, webcasts, and websites/landing pages.
  • Participate in the management and administration of company headquarters, including assisting with internal events, office management tasks, and other duties.
  • Assist with the coordination, execution, and promotion of trade shows and events.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications initiatives, including the development and editing of the quarterly internal newsletter, blog posts, and award submissions.
  • Help develop and manage the company newsletter and intranet content.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining an organized system for the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and resourceful, with a passion for marketing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems a plus.
