Echelon is actively seeking a Cyber Intelligence Planner, a pivotal role that ensures the integration of CISA capabilities into unified campaign plans and other whole of government initiatives. This position plays a crucial part in identifying opportunities to merge cyber campaign planning into cyber defense operations planning efforts.
Essential Functions
- Support coordination for all related meetings, including the Executive Steering Group (ESG), Strategic Coordination Group (SCG), and action-officer level working groups. Coordination includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing meeting logistics.
- Maintaining coordination with JRTF members and external partners.
- Developing briefing materials for leadership.
- Providing subject matter expertise on interagency coordination and combatting ransomware.
- Support the government customer's coordination of ransomware efforts across the agency. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that CISA equities are comprehended and integrated into JRTF planning and operations.
- Support the government customer's role in the development of cyber campaign plans.
- Develop, implement, and document repeatable methods and processes to unify CSD efforts and capabilities supporting cyber threat-focused planning and plan execution
