Position: Pega Functional Test Specialist Junior (U.S. Citizens Only)

Security Requirement: This program requires a IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance. The selected candidate shall not start work until authorization and first day logistics are provided by the Program.

Location: Remote/ U.S. East Cost (East Coast Time Zone) At the direction of Mgmt.

Description/Responsibilities:

Anakim Consulting is seeking Pega Functional Test Specialist Junior to support our government customers modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform.

In this position you will craft comprehensive testing plans for software developed on the Pega Platform, mentor junior testers, and oversee all aspects of the testing process. You will leverage your expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Resource Skillset Needed:

• Familiar with testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
• Familiar with agile methodologies
• 1 to 3 years expereince and Bachelor's Degree. (Note: Bachelors degree can be waived with 4 additional years experience)

• Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
