Job Description
The Talent Deployment Senior Associate will serve to deliver a streamlined staffing experience to Riveron's Service Delivery teams by serving as a single point of contact for filling all staffing needs - specifically developing staffing solutions tailored to project type and optimized against business and talent priorities, ensuring project teams are properly set up and forecasted in the billing and scheduling systems, and providing staffing reports for management. The Talent Deployment Senior Associate will report to the Talent Deployment Leader and be part of the five-person Talent Deployment team.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3+ years working with restructuring and turnaround consultants or investment bankers
  • Prior experience in or supporting consulting or advisory practices preferred
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
  • Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
  • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
  • Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities
What You'll Do:
  • Provide Service Delivery teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing needs and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy.
  • Utilize information from the Talent Acquisition team and information housed in our deployment tools to assess best-fit practitioners taking into consideration practitioner's skills, professional goals, and/or staffing preferences.
  • In working to fill resource requests, advise the Service Delivery teams on creative and alternate staffing solutions that may provide improved quality, timeliness, or margin.
  • Maintain understanding of full portfolio of engagements and sales pipeline for the designated business area by analyzing deployment data, leveraging business relationships, and gathering key information from the Service Delivery teams.
  • Identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and/or industry, and partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to develop recommendations for mitigating any misalignment of supply and demand.
  • Support deployment needs for large, cross-practice engagements, with a focus on driving a streamlined business experience.
  • Maintain high-level of proficiency in all deployment tools and relevant resources.
  • Partner with Practice Leads to help shape staffing strategy, enable attainment of practice revenue goals, and provide feedback to support staff retention.
  • Minimal Travel (less than 10%).
The expected pay range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
