About the team

The Merchant Solutions for Financial Institutions (MSFI) team is part of the Worldpay for Business segment, providing a tailored bank-centric suite of solutions to our referral and program management bank partners.

The MSFI bank business delivers a significant percentage of volume and revenue for Worldpay, and this position is important to ensure the delivery of our 2024 growth agenda.

What you will be doing

As a key member of the Merchant Solutions for Financial Institutions (MSFI) Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager, Campaign Management and Enablement will be responsible for leading execution and delivery in 3 key areas.

Campaign Management Campaign Enablement Campaign Reporting

The ideal candidate has strong experience in both product marketing and data analysis - initiative-taking, detail oriented, analytical, creative, and collaborative.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign management:
  • Develop team campaign process and execution framework to help ensure all programs are presented, tracked, approved, and communicated properly and on time.
  • Develop effective campaign strategies, assisted by data analysis, to drive awareness, quality referrals and incremental revenue growth.
  • Manage development and execution of Standard Offer Library. Requires collaboration with several internal teams to produce competitive, high-quality, relevant offers that influence strong business growth.
  • Incorporate high-quality offers that cover various channels or targets. (New DDA, embedded base, terminals, back book, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a Campaign Process Playbook that outlines best practices, processes, and templates for successful use and program execution.
  • Campaign enablement:
  • Leads campaign and product enablement, including development of messaging and materials (sell sheets, brochures videos, educational assets) to drive adoption and engagement across initiatives.
  • The marketing subject matter expert (SME) for Commerce360 solutions. Development of a comprehensive promotions plan to drive C360 awareness and adoption, to support monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (Product, GTM, L&F, Creative, Business) to ensure high-quality, relevant value propositions and content messaging.
  • Campaign reporting:
  • Manages development of monthly and quarterly campaign performance dashboard. This requires pulling data from multiple sources and adding to executive reporting file for consolidated MSFI marketing performance reviews.
  • Create individual detailed monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Supports individual bank campaign reporting dashboards, communication updates as needed.
  • Content and creative management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more leads
  • Work with creative services and other internal teams (Creative, Marketo, Workfront, Digital, Reporting) to complete deliverables including content, branding, landing pages, lead forms, campaign codes, goals, reporting processes, and engagement assets as needed.
  • Team collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product management and the central marketing team to ensure there is buy in to campaigns and messaging and resources are maximized.
  • Be an active contributor to the overall MSFI Marketing strategic plan.
  • Other related projects or duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / requirements

  • A bachelor's in business, sales or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

General knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Strong understanding or experience with partner marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices, product tools and methodologies; an eye for creative best practices
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and use of pivot tables
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities
  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Knowledge and/or experience of Workfront or similar marketing project system

Added bonus if you have

  • Payments industry experience
  • Knowledge of Macros or Power BI
  • eComm and Omni commerce experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
