Youth and Family Services are expanding! We have exciting new positions on our Youth Mental Health Awareness Training (YMAT) and Outreach teams! Our new programs are located in NCS Community Centers providing therapy and case management services. Our YMAT program continues to grow and provides medication assisted treatment to our youth. This position works as a part of our Youth & Family Services area. As part of our Youth & Family Services Division provide case management for children, adolescents, and their families in our behavioral health outpatient program. Positions may be in traditional clinics, non-traditional community-based settings, medication assisted treatment programs. May work with school substance abuse specialists to provide family education and linkage to services. May also work within the Youth Medication Assisted Treatment Clinic providing case management, care coordination and supportive counseling and discharge planning with the goal of to promoting mental health, prosocial skills, and healthy community living. Serves as agency representative or lead case management for cases receiving Children's Services Act (CSA) funded services. Maintains thorough and current knowledge and familiarity of all CSA policies and procedures and treatment resources. Completes all clinical and administrative paperwork in a timely manner. Attends program meetings and site meetings. May participates in state hospital discharge planning and coordination of care for youth in need of medication assisted treatment, as necessary. With appropriate credentialing and under clinical and administrative supervision performs diagnostic formulations and complex and comprehensive assessment, recommends, monitors, and coordinates clinical care adapting and modifying treatment recommendations and approaches consistent with clinical complexity. Under clinical supervision may provide evidence-based treatment for behavioral health diagnosis, substance misuse and cooccurring disorders. Maintains detailed clinical charts and confidentiality according to all local, state and federal standards, regulations and statutes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, counseling, or a related field, plus 1,500 hours of clinical experience;
OR a bachelor's degree and a valid QMHP certification plus 1,500 hours of clinical experience;
OR a master's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, counseling, or a related field plus 500 hours of clinical experience.
