Job Description

JRAD is seeking candidates for an Action Officer/Workflow Management Support professional to support health technology development capabilities for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).


Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Track and coordinate all taskers, drills, and exercises within the program/office to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized files to store program-related briefings, documentation, contracts, reports, etc
  • Track all deliverables associated with the PMs' efforts and assist in comprehensive archive management, including compilation, retention, logging, indexing, retrieval, and storage of correspondence, presentations, financial files, briefings, final reports, technical papers, and other documents
  • Provide general office support by processing requests and tracking the status of ARPA-H Information Technology Office (ITO) equipment/services
  • Offer administrative support to Government personnel by answering telephones/emails, maintaining messages, coordinating ARPA-H badge and PIV issuances and renewals, office moves, and in/out processing of office staff, including Government and SETA personnel


Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a government or research organization
  • Proficiency in task and deadline management, with the ability to track multiple actions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels
  • Experience with file management systems and archive management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) equipment/services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
