The Vice President of Strategic Growth and Engagement leads Didlake's mission across Business Development, Marketing, Communications, and Internal Communications. This integral role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and strategically enhancing revenue generation, all while ensuring a unified and impactful approach to marketing, communication efforts, and fostering internal collaboration. Collaborating across departments, the Vice President oversees the performance of the business development team, aligning their endeavors with organizational goals and Didlake's overarching mission driven by Didlake's strategic plan.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy aligned with organizational goals, encompassing Rehabilitation, Federal and State contracts, and commercial ventures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth while integrating marketing, external communication, and internal communication strategies that resonate with Didlake's mission.
  • Become an expert in Didlake's services and their positioning within the larger ecosystem to develop effective business development strategies that positively impact the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Adapt strategies based on market dynamics and customer needs, providing strategic guidance to the executive team.
  • Coordinate with the COO to conduct financial feasibility studies for new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with Didlake's financial objectives.

Business Development and Sales:

  • Formulate and implement strategies for the expansion of rehabilitation services, commercial ventures, and government contracts, ensuring each initiative aligns with Didlake's mission.
  • Identify new business opportunities within these sectors, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Didlake's market position.
  • Lead the sales team with a mission-driven approach, providing guidance on effective sales techniques tailored to rehabilitation, commercial, and government objectives.
  • Navigate government procurement processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with standards set by CARF, SourceAmerica/AbilityOne Commission, Virginia DBHDS, MD DORS, Virginia DARS, and other regulatory entities.

Marketing and Communication:

  • Develop marketing strategies that penetrate new markets effectively, aligning with Didlake's mission and values.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and generate leads, ensuring that communication efforts reflect Didlake's commitment to enriching lives.
  • Optimize digital channels and content marketing with a mission-centric focus, amplifying Didlake's impact in the rehabilitation, commercial, and government sectors.
  • Develop an integrated public relations plan that aligns seamlessly with marketing and business development, promoting Didlake's mission in every external interaction.
  • Foster robust internal communication strategies, ensuring that the Didlake mission is effectively communicated within the organization, promoting collaboration, and maintaining a positive organizational culture.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Inspire and motivate a high-performing team of professionals who share a commitment to Didlake's mission.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and promote professional development, fostering a collaborative and mission-driven work culture.
