Join our team as a Marketing Automation Specialist and become the catalyst for streamlining and optimizing our marketing technical stack efforts. Utilize your expertise in marketing automation platform, specifically Marketo, to design and execute targeted campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and maximize conversions. From creating automated workflows to personalizing customer journeys, your skills will help us deliver relevant and timely messaging across various our diverse global channels.

You'll report to the Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing Operations, and you'll be part of the team responsible for building pipeline for new logos, and upselling existing customers by delivering compelling, high-performing global marketing campaigns, and creating engaging digital marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our marketing tech tools and drive improvements that help create better and more targeted leads for our sales team.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts.
  • Work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns and improve workflows and ensure proper integration with our CRM systems and tools.
  • Set up and configure marketing automation platforms, including designing standardized coding templates.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a system to track and segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and best practices.
  • Assist in developing and executing email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Design, author, and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer onboarding.
  • Create and launch net new and upsell demand generation campaigns to support a targeted GTM strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to gain consensus across planned programs, negotiate tight deadlines and align cross functional teams.
  • Consistently test and enhance lead development and nurturing activities through measurement and optimization.
  • Track, analyze and account for the effectiveness of each demand generation campaign; identify areas for improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Salesforce - required; Marketo - required.
  • Strong experience in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and automation best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in developing effective segmentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work independently - in a remote work-from-home environment - and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting.
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot optimization opportunities.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, have excellent analytical and communication skills, and be a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (average once per quarter) for in person meetings.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, Business) preferred.
  • 5 or more years of demonstrable marketing experience
