THE JOB:

As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep and servicing of guestrooms, ensuring each space is immaculately presented and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our esteemed guests. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

STARTING RATE: $18.38

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Transform guestrooms into oases of tranquility, ensuring beds are invitingly made, floors are spotless, and every surface is meticulously cleaned and dusted.
  • Curate a personalized guest experienceby replenishing all room amenities and updating information folders, catering to the unique needs of each visitor.
  • Craft a spa-like bathroom atmospherewith thorough scrubbing of basins, bathtubs, shower walls, doors, toilets, and floors, using the appropriate cleaning agents for a gleaming finish.
  • Restock with care, ensuring a supply of fresh ashtrays, luxurious soaps, and soft tissues, reflecting our commitment to guest comfort.
  • Set the stage for relaxationby placing clean bathmats and hanging plush towels, inviting guests to unwind in style.
  • Be the eyes on the ground, vigilantly reporting any room conditions that deviate from perfection or require immediate attention and repair.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Physical Stamina: Those capable of meeting the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of movement.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communicators who can effectively report room statuses and maintenance needs.
  • Hospitality Experience: Preferably, candidates with prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles.

SCHEDULING:

*Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Shift: 3:15 PM to 12:00 AM
