Our Antitrust and Competition practice is seeking lawyers who have three to four years of post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships). Our global competition practice encompasses merger clearance, cartel investigations, private and government litigation and compliance counseling.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with antitrust litigation, transactional antitrust matters, and investigations before the FTC and state attorneys general.

Juris Doctor

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
