Our practice is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of post-JD experience to join the Washington, DC office.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

  • Counseling clients on a broad range of U.S. regulatory issues involving international trade.
  • Demonstrated experience with the U.S. trade remedy laws (especially AD/CVD) and litigation before the trade agencies and U.S. Court of International Trade.
  • Experience with the WTO Agreements, sanctions and export controls a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor

* Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

* Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, versatility and interest in different areas of trade law, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
