The Wellness Educator 3 plays a vital role in providing screening services as well as promoting and delivering educational programs to promote a culture of well-being and healthy lifestyles within the organization or community. They are responsible for conducting screenings, assessments and providing preventative educational support to individuals in various health-related areas. The Wellness Educator is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering wellness programs and initiatives that educate and empower individuals to make positive lifestyle choices.

Job Responsibilities
- Conducts screenings and assessments, such as blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, or glucose.
- Interprets screening results and communicates findings to individuals, offering guidance and recommendations for further action or follow-up.
- Assists in organizing and executing health screenings, health fairs, or community outreach events.
- Sets up screening stations, ensure equipment and supplies are readily available, and provide guidance to participants.
- Collaborates with event coordinators and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive participant experience.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
Certification - Basic Life Support within 3 months of hireLicensure - None RequiredExperience - 5 years of experience in conducting health screenings, assessments, or similar activities; Proven experience in designing and implementing wellness programs in a corporate or community settingEducation - Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
