Permuta Technologies builds Department of Defense business applications on top of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, which results in a commercial off-the-shelf suite of solutions that are fast, flexible,and consolidated. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform provides the base layer for our local line-of-business applications.

Permuta Technologies is a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV), which allows us to offer both DefenseReady and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 in a single contract action.

History:

Permuta is able to deliver advanced business applications in a fraction of the time and cost of other technologies, partly due to our expansive domain expertise.

1999. Our company was founded in 1999 with the purpose of solving everyday business problems at government agencies. Many of our team members came from the Defense space, so they have firsthand familiarity with the inherent challenges. In the beginning, we created these enterprise business solutions quickly by using our proprietary application framework. Our high-profile Department of Defense customers have benefited from these agile business applications.

2006. In 2006, we began the transition from our proprietary application framework to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, which allows us to provide more robust solutions for our Federal customers. We chose to transition to this consolidated platform because of the benefits we are now able to deliver, to include Microsoft Office integration and a Service-Oriented Architecture.

2008. DefenseReady is currently available as a COTS product to government agencies.

Services:

Permuta provides QuickStart services in order to help your agency achieve Initial Operating Capability (IOC) with DefenseReady and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Permuta's QuickStart services consist of six phases:

* Site Survey
* Installation
* Configuration
* Migration
* Customization
* Integration

While the timeline varies depending on a few factors, the goal is to achieve IOC within 1,000 hours. When you combine a quick implementation with a COTS product, the result is that agencies are up and running with their daily organizational management in a matter of weeks, not months or years.

In select agencies, Permuta will also provide Premier Support Services, which extend beyond the QuickStart IOC timeframe. For many agencies though, the preferred option is to adopt the platform and solutions internally after the QuickStart timeframe. After achieving IOC, your agency's IT shop can quickly adopt the Microsoft technologies to extend the product and platform to meet your specific needs.

Business process analysts and software developers work closely together to design, develop, test and assimilate new technology within our clients' organizations - continually evolving the technology landscape with cutting-edge solutions.
