AKHI, LLC (AKHI) was founded in 2005 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ahtna Inc., an Alaska Native Corporation formed in 1972 after the passage of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). AKHI is a financially sound and certified 8(a) small business, registered by the Alaska District of the Small Business Administration (SBA).
